Dear Grand RP Technical Team,
I’m reaching out because I really need help getting back into my accounts and clearing the security ban on my main character.
On February 7th, around 10 PM, my PC and email were hacked by someone using the name “Stackedvault.” They got into my email, Rockstar Social Club, and my Grand RP accounts and changed the details without me knowing. I was in the middle of exams and didn’t log in to the city for a few days, so I only realised something was wrong on February 10th when I got back home and checked everything.
As soon as I saw the email about my Rockstar account being changed, I used the recovery option and managed to get my Rockstar account back the same day. After securing my email and Rockstar account, I spoke with administrator River Odds in-game. He told me to submit a technical forum request, and my twink account was banned for security at that time, which I understood.
Since then, I’ve been trying to recover my twink account. I submitted forum requests with proof of the hack, but they were rejected saying there wasn’t enough information. Yesterday my main account also got a security ban, which I think happened because of confusion while I was trying to explain everything and recover my twink.

After this situation I filed Technical Forum as the In game administrator said 2 times , They rejected due insufficient Information

Just Before I filled another forum for twink account recovery because hacker changed the account access to his mail:
Help me to recover them too please look into it
I now fully have back my original email and Rockstar access. I still remember my previous login details and can provide anything needed to prove the accounts are mine. I’ve always followed server rules and spent a lot of time in the city, so being locked out like this has been really frustrating. I also have houses, cars, and progress there that I don’t want to lose.
I’m requesting a review of my situation, removal of the security ban on my main account, and help restoring access to my twink account. The changes that caused all this were done by the hacker, not me.
I’d really appreciate your help in sorting this out so I can get back into the city. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
