この度は、当該件においてPOVを撮影していなかった件につきまして、深くお詫び申し上げます。
私はER1.7で３０日BANの処罰をされました。サーバールール上、録画が重要であることは十分理解していたにもかかわらず、結果として記録を残せていなかったことは、私の確認不足および管理の甘さによるものです。
今回が初めての不備ではありますが、初犯であることに関わらず、ルールを徹底できていなかった事実及びにこの出来事について重く受け止めております。
なお、本件に関して故意や悪意があったわけではなく、単純に録画確認が不十分だったことが原因です。しかしながら、その点が理由になるとは考えておらず、結果として検証に支障をきたしてしまったことを大変反省しております。
今後は事前の録画確認を徹底し、常時録画環境を整えたうえでプレイいたします。また、録画データの管理方法も見直し、万が一の際にも速やかに提出できる体制を整えます。
同様のことを二度と繰り返さないよう私も気を引き締め、改めてルール遵守を徹底してまいります。

I received a 30-day ban in ER1.7. Despite fully understanding that recording was important according to the server rules, I ultimately failed to keep a record, which was due to my lack of checking and lax management.
This was my first time making a mistake, but regardless of it being my first offense, I take seriously the fact that I failed to strictly follow the rules and this incident.
Please note that this incident was not intentional or malicious; it was simply due to insufficient checking of the recording. However, I do not believe that this was an acceptable excuse, and I deeply regret that it ultimately hindered the verification.
From now on, I will thoroughly check recordings before playing and ensure a constant recording environment before playing. I will also review how I manage recording data and establish a system that allows for prompt submission in the event of an emergency.
I will be vigilant in my efforts to ensure that a similar incident never happens again, and I will once again strictly abide by the rules.
