Dear Support Team,

I am a new player of Grand RP. I initially created my first account, but it was banned. After that, I created a second account, and later, after formatting my PC, I created a third account to download Grand RP.

Now, when I try to log in, the system tells me that I have too many accounts, and I am unable to access my original account. I would like to restore my first account, as the ban period has ended. I also request that my third account be deleted so that I can continue using my first and second accounts without issues.

Please let me know the steps I need to follow to regain access to my first account and remove the extra account.
