Dear Sir, I accept that I made a mistake, and I'm willing to accept the consequences. However, I request that you review my case and consider lifting or reducing the ban. I promise to be more careful and follow the rules. I didn't intentionally break this rule. I wasn't aware that logging into someone else's account was against the rules. I only logged in to my friend's account a few times, and I didn't make any in-game transactions or cause any issues. It was an honest mistake, and I understand now that I should've asked permission or read the rules.I'm unsure why I was banned for this. I only have one main and one alt account, and I only logged into my friend's account that one time. I don't understand how this constitutes having multiple accounts.
