I am writing to address my recent blacklist from Capture. This was a result of being blacklisted on EN1 due to a refused PC check. At the time, I was relatively new to the game and misunderstood the procedure; I mistakenly thought the PC check was similar to 'Ocean' and refused it. I have since learned that a PC check is a standard and mandatory process.
I would like to emphasize that I have never formatted my PC, and if you review my history of previous successful PC checks, you will see that I have never used cheats. While I respect the decision regarding my EN1 ban and am not seeking to appeal that specific case, I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my Capture blacklist. I assure you that a situation like this will never happen again.
