I saw this guy Speeding and he didnt comply with my demands I tased him and cuffed him and after I placed him in the car after that 5 cars arrived and all of them did CR I believe he gave that information in discord which is MG and one of them gave me demand in the city for me to uncuff him which is UB Demand and the rest point their guns at me in city which is FailRP.
