This appeal is not intended to flood the forums or spam. I am submitting it again because in my previous appeal I did not receive clarification regarding my questions, and I was unable to fully explain myself. I sincerely apologize if making another appeal causes inconvenience — my only intention is to receive proper clarification and respectfully present my side.
First, I would like to ask:
How long will the HC Blacklist remain?
What exact permission change or action caused this punishment?
I am currently still in LSPD as a non-HC member, and I respect the decision that has been made. However, I would like to explain how much Law Enforcement means to me.
I have spent over 2000+ Hours in LEO. It is not just a faction for me — it is something I genuinely love. My activity speaks for itself. I am almost always on duty and rarely go off duty. I play approximately 11–12 hours daily, and sometimes even up to 15 hours, contributing to LEO. Throughout multiple terms, I remained one of the most active members. Many people recognized my dedication and even rewarded me for my activity and hard work.
I worked extremely hard to reach the High Command position. It was earned through consistency, effort, and loyalty. Many members within LEO can confirm how dedicated I have always been.
Being removed from HC has affected me deeply. LEO has always been my biggest motivation to play the game. However, I understand that rules and procedures are important. If I overstepped boundaries regarding permissions, channels, or authority — even unintentionally — I sincerely apologize. It was never my intention to abuse power, interfere with systems, or act beyond my limits.
I would also like to clarify specific situations so there is no misunderstanding.
There was one occasion when I was at LSPD HQ during Gustav’s term while I was on freeze. Some LI members approached me to take pictures. During that conversation, one person mentioned that he had boosted the SAHP server but did not receive the Server Booster role. He asked if I could check or add it manually. I informed him that I could not verify boosters manually and that the role should apply automatically. I attempted to check, but I was not able to assign the role. After trying and seeing it did not work, I told him it must be automatic. No role was successfully added by me.
Additionally, there was one time when I was making a public hiring announcement. I was unable to tag the Citizens role in the public chat. After trying multiple times, I checked the channel settings and noticed tagging was disabled. I adjusted that specific permission only so I could tag Citizens for the hiring announcement. That was the only reason for that change.
Other than these situations, I did not intentionally modify permissions for personal benefit, abuse authority, or interfere with server systems.
I respectfully ask for one final chance. I promise that if I am ever given the opportunity again:
I will not change any permissions.
I will not modify any channels.
I will not take any action without written approval from curators or higher authorities.
I will strictly follow procedures without exception.
If I ever repeat such behavior again, you may take permanent action against me. I fully accept that responsibility.
I am not asking for sympathy — only for one opportunity to prove that I can learn from my mistakes and regain your trust.
