Dear Authorities,
I have submitted the form several times before, but my requests were rejected because I applied through the wrong category. This time, I am writing again, believing that I have applied through the correct category.
Here's what happened: We were protecting the panels at the family home when we were raided, and I was killed during the raid. I then went to the hospital for treatment. After logging out of the game and logging back in, I respawned at the family home.
As far as I know, a player cannot be involved in the same raid a second time after being killed. Therefore, without thinking I was breaking any rules, I simply wanted to take a vehicle from the family home's garage and leave the area. After taking my vehicle from the garage and leaving the house, I respawned inside the raid again due to a game-related error.
This situation was beyond my control and was definitely not a deliberate action. I had no intention of breaking any rules in any way.
For this reason, I request that my ban be lifted. If this is not possible, I kindly request that my penalty period be shortened. This is because my home insurance is about to expire, and this situation is seriously affecting my progress in the game.
I respectfully request that the necessary action be taken.
