- the reason why I want to be the Leader of the Ballas is that I have been playing for a considerable period of time, and I have acquired experience that will help me perform well as the leader of the gang. I also feel that I have the ability to make the Ballas gang a powerful one and help the gang become dominant in the streets.
- in addition to myself, I have chosen a team of deputies and high command members who are all experienced and dedicated to providing interesting roleplay for all of you. Although there may be the occasional conflict between legal groups and gangs, I will make sure that all conflicts are dealt with in a respectful manner. Rudeness or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to demotion or dismissal Up to blacklist.
- There are a number of opportunities that have yet to be explored to improve roleplay on the server through our organization. For instance, Ammunation and shop robberies are great ways to provide interesting roleplay for all of you.
- We are always open to suggestions for events and take all feedback seriously from players and gang members alike. To add to roleplaying, it is necessary to remain as IC as possible and only involve admins when it is obvious that the rules are being broken. - I will make sure to choose a capable deputy who can support me and has the knowledge to help lead effectively and achieve a successful term.
- Iwill make my gang more active than the LEOs, keeping everyone engaged, and handle every situation efficiently without causing any punishments.
- I will ensure my gang completes the term without receiving any warnings and achieves full control, taking 100% of the turf.
- I will personally provide bonuses for every event, ensuring we have motivated members who will give our gang a strong advantage.
-I will make sure we never lose in any gang raid, collaborate with other gangs to take control of the city, and ensure everyone is committed to the criminal life.
