Rejected Wrong Decision + Favourtism I Dino Lopes

Hello dear higher ups, there’s was a long on going situation going on , and there was multiple ids breaking rules including myself and I own up to what I do whatever it is, in this case I have recieved my punishment on that same pov in the complaint I made, after I recieved my punishment I asked admin why they not got punished for GR 6.15 and he’s told me that he only seen my rule break so I posted forum which was pending for a while baring in mind showing 3 mins pov in this case and bare in mine you can see in the pov they are shooting at me first yet Dino reject it saying I shit first. This does not make any sense as admin tells me make complaint I post a long enough pov showing the situation and he did not punish them and am the one left with my punishments , in my case I see this as favourtism clearly players are his friends and got him to deny the report for improper reason as the PoV is well clear and rules does not run for players and players and for it to be respected everyone need to obey them otherwise the city will be ruined. Thank you for understanding and am requesting this get further checked.
