We were doing money printing on our property and one of my family member accidentally placed a UB money printer. Because it was UB we were waiting for an admin to remove it.
During this time a player arrived at our property. My friend told him two or three times to take the money printer since it was UB and we did not want to protect or continue with it. However he refused to take it. As far as I understand in a money printing situation defenders are not required to give demands because we are defending our own property. The attackers are the ones who must give demands. Technically we had the right to shoot him since he was on our property wearing a vest and carrying a gun.
because the printer was UB and placed by mistake we tried to handle the situation fairly. We gave him a chance to either take the printer or leave our property. Instead of leaving properly he stayed on the property pulled out his gun and was clearly wearing a vest. At that moment my friend felt threatened and feared for his life which is why we shot him.
Despite this both I received a warning and my friend also received a UB demand punishment. We did not intend to break any rules we were only trying to manage the situation after a mistake.
I respectfully request that you please review the situation again and consider removing our punishment. Thank you for your understanding.
