Rejected Gernal Rule 1.7 I 62

As the rule 1.7 states "It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to recieve 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60 days". I came to know that this rule was exploited by id-62 as we can clearly see in the pov he gave a pair of neon shoes gift to someone. I hope he gets dealt with accordingly.
