Hello
I would like to respectfully appeal the punishments I received related to GR 3.1 and GR 3.2.
I had received a silence punishment under GR 3.1 and a 6-day ban under GR 3.2. In the forum appeal I previously submitted, I appealed the GR 3.2 punishment and my appeal was accepted. However, instead of fully removing the ban and leaving only the silence punishment, the ban was only reduced to 3 days. According to GR 3.1, the punishment states silence or a ban up to 7 days. I believe the “or” statement in the rule is important and should be taken into consideration.
In addition, another forum complaint was opened under GR 3.1 from a different POV for the same incident, and I received an additional 7-day ban. As a result, I have received a total of 10 days of punishment for the same situation. By reviewing the links I will provide below, it can be clearly seen that the individuals involved are the same and that this is a continuation of the same incident.
Since I had already received a silence punishment under GR 3.1 for the insult, I believe that after my GR 3.2 appeal was accepted, only the silence punishment should have remained.
I believe that this total punishment is excessively severe and disproportionate. Especially considering that the situation was already reviewed and punished by the administration, receiving additional punishment again for the same incident does not seem fair.
I am an active player who respects and supports the server. Therefore, I kindly request a review of this situation and ask that the punishment be limited to the original silence punishment. I guarantee that this mistake will not happen again.
