I do not personally track the bank transactions because the bank card belongs to someone else. When I spoke with the card owner, they told me that this issue was related to the bank’s automatic system.
Last Saturday, I purchased GC for my account. However, when I logged into the game again tonight, I seen that my account had been blocked by the game system.
My only intention is to understand how I can resolve this problem.
