I know the case may be far more meaningful to me than it is to you, but I would like you to take a little more time to consider this.

I've found a precedent complaint that provides an important argument which should be enough to at least unban my main account.

Precedent case - Click me / Link - Kathi: "...furthermore, you stated in your complaint that it was a conscious act. You don't receive a goodwill gesture."

German law distinguishes between intentional and negligent actions (§15 StGB - Click me / Link).

I (unconsciously) didn't secure my Twink DC with 2FA due to negligence - okay, I take the responsibility for that on my Twink. But my Main DC / Grand Account has always been secured with 2FA and hasn't done anything like that + I was a passionate NG leader and Curator with the Main. It makes zero sense, that I was supposed to nuke the NG and I have never done anything bad.

PS: I am aware that you might not like to see any paragraphes here, but this one is somehow a good part of my argument as I see it.

If you disagree, I would be grateful if you could explain to me why, so I can understand.
