Hello,

Im Writing because i got punished for ER 1.7 but i didn't had no knowledge of this Approved - Pov Request | 506260
until it was pointed out to me by another admin in another post i did, if it wasn't for the other admin i wouldn't have known about it, and its a known
issue that happen over the weekend because after research some, there is other players that also had the problem where they had to upload POV but
they didnt got ingame notification like me,i really had no clue of this at all until it was point out, on the thread said i keep videos for 48h, but when i was
pointed out about it was well past the 48 hours and i erase videos as soon as i hit the time, because i dont have enough storage i even tried to recover
the videos but couldnt left because as you can see the punishment was on Saturday and i just got knowledge of it today, please i ask to reconsider a system bug and not getting notified is not fair to pay for something out of my control and out of my knowledge so i ask the Admin team, please be fair and human and put yourself in my position dont punish me for and error on the system, i would own it if it was my mistake but it wasnt and i was looking around to see if someone else had the same issue in forum
i find this On consideration - Unban for 1.7 | mike tank apparently, he had the same problem, so please please reconsider thats proof that something was not working in the weekend notification was not getting ingame.

Please i was aware of this pov request after the 48 hours, because it was acknowledged to be by another admin,
i never got any notification for it, and im low on storage so i dont keep the videos more than the time needed, and as u can see punishment was on saturday, and i got it monday, there has to be some way toy can check if the person received the notification or not thats why it makes you click on the msg, please check, i didnt not notification about this, is not fair to pay for something i wasnt aware of its already been a few days of me not able to play for something out of my hands and im not the only one has suffer from this so kindly reconsider lets be fair and understanding, put yourself im my position, would you like to receive a punishment for something u didnt do? a whole month not fair, and anyone that has go through knows my feeling.
