Josh was born In the southeast of the United States, moving from state to state through his childhood countless times, leading to a troubled mental state. His father was only in his life up until 5 years old, and his mother was a drunk, this let Josh build an tolerance to stressful situations. Josh started robbing liqour stores in his teenage years after his friends noticed he was a good driver, so they offered him money to be a getaway driver, over time this lead to him building connections with dangerous people, and on top of that, Josh never got caught once by state authorities. By the time he was 23, he thought he could turn his life around, so he joined the LSPD, then SAHP, over time his past has caught up to him and he can't resist the temptation of profiting off of his position.

Josh MogeBlack joined the Los Santos Police Department, he found great satisfaction serving the people of Los Santos and doing good for once in his life. He stayed there for a few months, passing his training with flying colors and eventually joining the SWAT Team. He wanted to see life in the country and was tired of the city life, so he transferred to the San Andreas Highway Patrol, he was able to stay in SWAT and kept developing his combat skills. He climbed his way up the ranks, for a while he even forgot he was ever a criminal. Slowly but surely his old mindset crept back and continued to haunt him, he just can't resist the idea of profiting off of his position any longer.
Outcomes :
1 - Josh can Search their bodycam (/try search for bodycam) twice per situation and break (/do break the bodycam)
2.- Josh can take bribes up to 100k , ask for guns, ammo and illegal items
3 - Josh can break IC Laws & Rules ( No OOC Rules will be Broken )
4 - Josh can Do Illegal Stuff with his Family Members and Family Events ( No Scripted IC Events )
5 - Josh Can manipulate state databases and add fake information as well as remove information.
6 - Josh can help people break out of prison in exchange for money. ( USB Virus , Darknet Once per Day )
7 - Josh can Do Illegal Stuff with his Family Members and Family Events ( No Scripted IC Events )
