Hello, I would like to write again regarding the ban I received on the Gran RP server for using inappropriate language.
First of all, I am truly very sorry for my behavior. I acted out of anger at that moment, but I understand that this is not an excuse in any way. I play on the server knowing and accepting the rules, and despite that, I violated them. This mistake is completely my responsibility. Especially as a family official on the server, I should have been more mature, calm, and set a better example. Instead, I did the opposite, and I am genuinely ashamed of that.
I realize that my behavior negatively affected not only the other player but also the family I represent and the people who trust me. I have ongoing responsibilities and activities within the server that were left unfinished, but I understand that this is not a justification. I know that I must first correct my own mistake.
This incident has been a serious lesson for me. If I am given another chance, I promise to be much more careful with my language and behavior. I will not repeat this mistake and I will not disappoint your trust again.

I've submitted this three times before and it was rejected each time because of an incorrect format. Could you please explain what you mean by "incorrect format" if you're going to reject it?
