I did not commit RDM. The person I killed was my active bounty target. I had taken the bounty after completing an event and tracked him using the people scanner.

When I reached DOC, I saw my bounty target there. I killed him only because he was my assigned bounty. This was not random killing — it was a bounty completion.

Therefore, it should not be considered RDM, as I had a valid in-game reason to eliminate the target.
