I opened a forum a while ago regarding a penalty I received, and it was approved, but I'm still waiting for it to be lifted. This waiting period is becoming really, really frustrating. I really want to return to the city today. I'm opening this forum in case something went wrong during this time. Please don't misunderstand me.
