Spitty Rio was trained by Nick Jons where he then became a Patrol officer . Spitty tried his best to climb up the ranking system. He went from Patrol officer to Swat agent
Outcomes:
1. Take bribes from suspects then let them free ($20,000 max or information)
2. Can use illegal weapons that drop from downed enemies against other enemies, when it's safe to put up.
3. Can buy and sell gear and illegal items at Black Market. (No org gears)
4. Able to combat 2 people due to his months of intense training.
5. Able to go into ghetto while off duty
6. Bias toward his family, so he can let them go or lower their prison time. He can also give a flash drive to start a prison breakout.
7. Carry truth serum and use it on suspect to get information. (using /try).
8. Can use drugs, and illegal weapons on and off duty.
9. Able to kill someone if they don’t listen to his demands (on/off duty).
10. Can confiscate weapons from people for personal reasons.
