I am filing this complaint regarding unfair punishment and unprofessional conduct by the administrator.
Firstly, players are being punished even when no clear rule violation has been committed. The penalty system is already disproportionate, where daily earnings of approximately 50,000 are outweighed by fines exceeding 100,000. When punishments are issued without proper justification, it creates frustration and a sense of administrative bias.
Secondly, when I formally requested a permanent ban from both the server and the forum, instead of handling the matter professionally, the administrator responded with: “Uninstall the game.”
This response is dismissive, disrespectful, and does not reflect the standards expected from server administration. Administrators represent the authority and professionalism of the project. Such statements undermine player trust and damage the community environment.
