Rejected VDM Report -ramming me outside bank after BP task

I was at the bank completing a BP task (topping up my bank balance). While inside, I got killed. After being healed by a player, I exited the bank on foot. Immediately, two players in a vehicle began intentionally ramming me repeatedly with no prior RP interaction, or in-character reason. This was clear VDM as there was no chase, hostility buildup, or justification, they just targeted me out of nowhere.
