Firstly, I apologize for posting in this section. Pablo Schmidt rejected my previous appeal Rejected - Permanent Ban for Ban Evading | Harry King, so I am posting again only to clarify my situation properly.

I was permanently banned for Ban Evading. I believe this punishment may have been applied due to a misunderstanding.

This is my first and only GTA V account. I have never owned, used, or accessed any other GTA V or Grand RP accounts. I have also never received any previous permanent bans on Grand RP.

The only change I made was updating my Rockstar Social Club display name to "JIGAR-Xtreme". This was only a display name change and not the creation or use of a new account. No other changes were made to my account.

For clarification:​
  • I have never shared my account credentials.
  • I have never used alternate accounts. (expect my Twink ID- 210562, which also got banned for the same reason)
  • I have never attempted to bypass or evade any punishment.
  • This account has no prior permanent ban history.
I've been a player for almost 2 years. I usually enjoy playing Grand RP, and also I do live streaming on my YouTube Channel, then suddenly, on the 16th of Feb, 2026. I received a permanent ID block from Harry King, and the reason was Ban Evading. As per my understanding, ban evading applies when a previously banned player attempts to return using another account. Since I have never had any prior bans, I am unable to understand how this rule applies to my case.

If there is any other account or record that my account was mistakenly associated with, I respectfully request clarification, as I would like to fully understand the reason for this punishment.

I kindly request that my account logs, history, and technical records be reviewed again, as this ban may be the result of an incorrect association.
