Hello Honourable Administration,
I respectfully submit this final clarification regarding my permanent ban for this (Forum). I sincerely request that my case be reconsidered after reviewing the full context, proofs, and my conduct throughout the process.
During my PC check, I faced technical issues while trying to log into my actual Social Club account. The login kept giving errors, which can also be seen in the PC checker’s POV. Due to panic and confusion under pressure, I mistakenly provided my friend’s Social Club account instead of my own.
I fully accept that this was my mistake. However, I want to clearly state that this was never done with any intention to deceive the administration.
The confusion occurred because our Social Club names are almost identical:
These similar names originated years ago when we used to play GTA Online together, and it became a common joke among our friend group. Unfortunately, this similarity led to a serious misunderstanding during the PC check.
I have only ever owned and used one Social Club account, which is BerlinKashmiri.
The only Grand RP accounts associated with my Social Club are:
I have never owned, used, or associated with the Social Club Berlin_Kashmiri.

This confirms that we are two different individuals, and the account ID 26139 does not belong to me.

I would also like to clarify my behavior during the PC check:
Despite full cooperation, my ban was later changed into a permanent ban.
It has now been around three months since my ban, and I deeply miss playing Grand RP with my friends. I have always respected the server rules and the administration team, and I would never intentionally risk my account by deceiving staff.
My mistake was caused by panic and technical issues, not malicious intent.
I humbly request one last chance to return to the city. If given the opportunity, I assure the administration that such a mistake will never be repeated, and I will continue playing respectfully and within the rules.
If any further verification is required (live login, screen sharing, or additional proof), I am fully willing to cooperate.

PC Check Cooperation

- I followed every instruction and answered all questions truthfully.
- I did not refuse any request or attempt to hide anything.
- I had already formatted my PC due to technical issues before the Lifeinvader interview, which added to the confusion later.
Despite full cooperation, my ban was later changed into a permanent ban.
