If someone as a citizen open carry the gun in the city as a leo they can shoot i think cause of the fear of there life and proper roleplay i think Izuku Blackx & Hammad Mirza given the Wrong information in my eyes so if i am wrong so please correct me

The information is not fully incorrect, however, as an LEO if someone is open carrying, first step to have a proper RP would be to engage into attempting to disarm them not instantly shoot them unless they decide to point guns then yes a LEO is fully allowed to open fire.
