Dear Higher ups, I respectfully request a review of my ban , I understand the importance of server rules, and support them. But in my case there was a technical limitation from my side. At the time of the event when I started recording my POV didn't capture audio, due to which i was unable to provide the complete evidence of the report. The lack of sound wasn't intentional that was just a technical issue which I was unaware of. I am ready for a PC check anytime and i apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please kindly consider my unban appeal and I am committed to follow the server rules and ensure this type of technical issues will not happen in future.
