I am a new player and recently started playing the game. I’ve been actively participating in family events and genuinely enjoying the experience so far. Unfortunately, I received two POV requests on the same day. I submitted my recordings as requested, but I was later banned due to “edited POV.”
I would like to sincerely explain that this was not intentional in any way. I am still new to the game and not fully familiar with all the rules and technical requirements yet. I record my gameplay using the Windows + G (Game Bar) feature, and I honestly do not know why my voice was not recorded. I was unaware that this could cause an issue or be considered invalid.
I am currently trying to fix the recording settings to ensure both game audio and voice are properly captured in the future. I truly apologize for this mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused. It was never my intention to break the rules or manipulate anything.
It appears I received a total 60-day ban because both POV requests were from the same day:
1st forum: Approved - Pov req | 0000
2nd forum: Approved - Pov request + possible cheats | 227426
I respectfully ask if you could please consider lifting my ban this one time. I promise to fully understand the rules and ensure proper recordings moving forward. I genuinely enjoy playing on this server and would really appreciate one more opportunity to continue.
