Hello Sir, I hope you are doing well. I am a new player and recently started playing the game. I have been actively participating in family events and genuinely enjoying the experience so far. Unfortunately, I received two POV requests on the same day. I submitted my recordings as requested, but I was later banned due to “edited POV.” I would like to sincerely explain that this was not intentional in any way. I am still new to the game and not fully familiar with all the rules and technical requirements yet. I recorded my gameplay using the Windows + G (Game Bar) feature, and I honestly do not know why my voice was not recorded. I was unaware that this could cause an issue or be considered invalid. I am currently trying to fix the recording settings to ensure both game audio and voice are properly captured in the future. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused. It was never my intention to break the rules or manipulate anything. Dear admin Dear admin my current request from you is to reduce or remove the duration of my ban Please forgive me for this time I just found out the requirement to open registration even at events Now the only problem seems to be from my microphone so that this problem does not happen again, I will get registration with another application now and I promise you not to do anything to violate the rules again I'm posting the video link
