Kevin Reyes was born in Mexico where his parents ran a huge cartel known as Los Reyes as in the “Royals” and they expanded their business onto the island of Los Santos , eventually smuggling people and weaponry in and out of the city to feed and expand their criminal empire , Kevin grew up in Mexico and eventually went to Los Santos to continue his education and acquire a law degree then eventually join the FIB academy and become a valid asset there, forgetting about the family business but nothing can change blood, the criminal intent and impulsive cartel-like ego is something in his blood, thinking a member of the Reyes family could go a different route in life was simply an impossible idea as the bloodline is known for being notorious over decades and being the only child of the biggest leaders, Kevin inherited his father’s traits and even improved himself by studying the law and finding every loophole and way to counter it with the knowledge he earned leading him to a point where nothing can come between him and his target even if it meant breaking the law to get where he wants as long as he’s not caught, his remorse for whoever is on the other end of the barrel is something nonexistent.

Kevin started his career in FIB in 2021, being one of the founding members who helped establish the foundation of FIB in the city, serving in the command team of the first and second terms under director Pearson Herrera then Director Alicia Rodriguez, and during both terms Kevin was corrupt and shady, AI knew, but they also knew he would not cause harm to the FIB, and allowed it in many cases, as Kevin managed to get rid of evidence, silence and execute witnesses against him, and keep things clean while having a great record being a valuable asset to the FIB, eventually Kevin found retirement, travelling around doing other things, further expanding his criminal influence, and constantly returned to FIB serving in multiple other terms till 2023, Kevin was also one of the first corrupt agents to ever exist within the FIB and establish links between agents and the criminal world.
