He told me to "wake up buddy" (I see this as a massive insult to me) in a DM on discord (OOC interaction) about me who has subpoena his bodycam (IC Situation) and that is clearly breaking the rule GR6.10. He goes on then to threaten me by telling me, "You might well drop the subpoena for fucking with diddy".
I would also like to point out how this person used the forums to get out of a situation IC as he told me in his DMs that he was not going to post a forum but decided too when the IC situation was not in his favour.
