Hello Lebron,
the reason why I filed this curator-complaint is my incorrect ban on DE01.
With this text i hope for a re-evalution/review.
What happened?
I played on DE01 for a short time (Dome Leee - 283995) and made contact with a taxi driver.
Since the taxi driver immediately started hurling insults, I quickly became irritated and said, "I can kill you with one click."
Since I triggered him with a baseball bat at the time, I don't interpret this statement as damage or anything similar. At that point, Benny Weshloco was in charge and banned me for cheating under Section 4.1.
I clearly distinguish this from a proper sanction, as the ban was carried out with insufficient evidence for a sanction under Section 4.1 (in my opinion).
This was followed by a permanent ban from Monika Tired for GR §4.1 (cheating) → I've tried several times to resolve this issue by filing a complaint with the admin, but each time the request was dismissed as a discretionary decision.
