i was told this is not my situation i wasn't trying to seek punishment for the corruption i asked an employee of the state for id and he failed to provide id annd ignored me which i would believe is fail Rp the rule break i was reporting and i was involved in seeing as i was trying to initiate a rp of a concerned citizen

IC corruption issue. Go with this pov to a lawyer, he can help you with getting the ID of the officer. His high commands can perfectly fine identify his face.
