By his late teens, William was already doing small jobs for local gangs moving packages spotting for deals gathering dirt on enemies He wasnt flashy but he was smart and that made him valuable He stayed under the radar learned how to play people and built quiet respect in the underworld But he realized something over time real power wasnt on the streets it was behind a badge Thats when he made a choice He left the street life behind at least on the surface and started working toward a career in law enforcement.
Story:
When William joined the LSPD, everyone thought he was a man trying to turn his life around. What they didnt know was that this was part of his plan all along. He wore the uniform well followed orders and kept his head down But under that calm professional look William was building something bigger.
He slowly reconnected with his old contacts offering protection in exchange for money leaking small bits of info and helping certain names stay off reports It wasnt about greed it was about control William played both sides perfectly Cops saw him as reliable. Criminals saw him as useful. He became the middleman no one questioned Over time he rose in the department while keeping his hands in the shadows.
Now William is respected in LSPD but feared in the streets Hes not just an officer hes a man with connections leverage and no fear of getting dirty to stay on top
