Hello,
On February 15, 2026, my account number 226107 was banned for "Account Hacking."
First of all, I want to state that I have never engaged in any act of hacking the account. No account hacking was done, and I did not engage in any malicious actions.
In the past, when the game was new and the rules were not fully understood, I logged into different accounts. At that time, it might have been considered account sharing. However, this was absolutely not malicious and did not aim to gain any profit.
I continue to play according to the rules on my current account and have not engaged in any suspicious money transfers, abuses, or illegal activities.
If I have been judged in this way due to a mistake that did not actually happen in the past, I accept responsibility. However, instead of receiving a permanent ban for such a serious accusation as hacking, I request another chance exchange if possible.
I am ready to accept any sanction, such as document money deletion or temporary suspension. I now fully understand the rules and I promise not to repeat the same mistakes.
