Dear Floki,
I recently got punished for G.R. 6.4 from the above mentioned forum which I think was the wrong decision.
The client signed the contract with me, therefore I am his legal representative and I advised my client to not show the passport to the arresting officer. Afterwards the arresting officer also the person who put the forum, declined my client the right to a lawyer and just continued with the arrest giving reason you are her fam member, Even though if i am her Fam member he cant take the right to lawyer of a civilian which clearly is corruption from his side which is why I arrested him. As you can even see in the POV itself, the client did not get released but was still in custody and remained there until other FIB agents arrived.
The officers also got arrested for corruption after FIBs DA checked my Bodycam -
ID-2721 also got punished for MG and there is nothing which shows She did MG. it seems like they assumed that it was MG but i was already present there. You can check the left eye in my POV there is nowhere rumi called me in Fam radio during the whole situation not even a single word. So how can 2721 gets punished on assumptions.
If i as a Lawyer says, my client is under my advise now and he will not show passport until he gets proven guilty is that GR 6.4 ? 2ndly if the 10-15 is my Fam member cant i take his case and he got no right to have lawyer when i am the only lawyer present, If not We have Law Firms also who got contracts with full families to defend.
In the whole POV i cant see any Corruption from my side but you can see corruption from the person who made forum because he refused to provide a lawyer.
Sorry to mention i think this is targeting by Admin Izuku Blackx because when he was player we didnt had good relations, i took him hostage multiple times did all shaving head and snatching Clothes multiple times and he use to hate me all the time for that. I also made a forum on him for GR 6.4 which got Approved ( Approved - Fail RP + GR 6.4 | 141448 ).He made a forum on me which for rejected ( Rejected - Fail RP | 1593 )
So if he did because he dont like me then that very unfair for me, this thing will also continue in future which will make RP even more Hard for me.
I request you to consider my appeal and remove my warn, also if its 6.4 from my side please tell me how? so that in future i do RP accordingly. Thank you
