I wanted to ask you about the rule for selling properties.
Yesterday i asked in a ticket what the minimum selling price has to be of properties, since i bought a house in the auction for 19,875 million.
Zoey Harrison (admin) and Kathi Tired (Deputy Chief Admin) both told me that it has to be the price of the auction +/- 10%, okay so far so good.
Then when i wanted to trade the house, i saw the message from the server

Translated:
"Enter the value of the house you want to sell.
The price must be between 50.000$ and 1.000.000.000$.
The selling price cannot be less than 50% of the value of the house.
House Value: 4500000$ (4.5 million)
Notice: The amount is taxed by 10%"

So what is it now?
If i listen to Kathi+Zoey, its 19.875.000$ x 0.9 => 17 887 500$
If i listen to the server message its 2.25 million

Please let us know what the state of the topic is
I think a lot of bans could be avoided if there is a proper way to handle these kind of deals
