[Opie West]

Was helping an unconscious fellow in the street when all of a sudden the guy who killed him started shooting me for no reason, then killed me. This is in the main part of the city right outside the Stock Exchange. The fellow I was rescuing was in handcuffs (apparently cuffed by 93987) and also killed a second time, after I revived him. The person who killed us both is apparently in law enforcement.
