First, I want to become the leader because I have strong leadership qualities such as discipline, patience, and decision-making skills. A gang leader must control situations calmly, handle internal conflicts, and guide members in the right direction. I believe I can maintain respect and unity inside Ballas.
Second, I want to improve teamwork and activity within the gang. I will organize regular meetings, training sessions, and planned RP events so every member feels involved and active. Good communication will help us grow stronger.
Third, I want to increase the reputation and RP quality of Ballas. I will ensure members follow server rules, avoid toxicity, and maintain realistic gang RolePlay.
