2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) Loyalty to the Bloods identity and culture.
I want to lead the Bloods because I admire bloods because when i firstly came in city i joined bloods and my first illegal and for reputation of the organization. The Bloods are a symbol of power, solidarity and superiority, As a leader I would be loyal to the identity of the gang preserve its reputation and ensure that all members are aware of and proud to display our colors as RED.
2) Strong leadership, teamwork and organizational skills.
I possess leadership skills and experience working with teams under pressure A leader must be organized impartial and decisive, I would establish a clear hierarchy roles and activities to keep the gang busy and competitive. My aim would be to preserve discipline while also fostering loyalty and trust within the organization. and because of my past exp of applying for EMS, i've got knowledge of city rules, ooc rules and server rules so. I can assure that if I get the term of bloods. The gang will be active mostly all times.
3) Growth and long term development of the Bloods.
I would work towards establishing a loyal membership training them well and developing a strong internal framework. Through enhanced communication planning and collaboration, and teamwork. I would ensure that the Bloods is one of the most feared organizations in the city and plan to make it a terrorist org among the gangs and all leos.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
To enhance the RolePlay level within the organization, I would emphasize structure realism and consistency. Firstly, every member needs to have a clear understanding of their characters background and position within the gang. This will help to create a more natural and engaging experience. Secondly, I would establish roleplay scenarios such as internal meetings, territory disputes, business activities, and training sessions to keep the members actively engaged. Thirdly, I would establish strict RP standards which would include no character breaking- proper communication and realistic responses to situations By promoting discipline creativity and active participation the organization would be able to create a more serious and engaging roleplay experience for all members involved in situations.
My Goals.
My main goal is to make the organization one of the strongest and most respected gangs on the server. I want to build a loyal active and disciplined team that represents the gang with pride at all times, I aim to create a structured system with clear ranking responsibilities and expectations for every member. I also want to maintain high quality roleplay by encouraging realistic scenarios strong communication and teamwork. Finally my goal is long term stability growth and dominance while keeping the organization united and competitive.
