Froggy Fairbanks was born in Karachi Pakistan. He grow up in a area where crime and politics was mixed together and everyone know someone important. His family was not poor but they had connections with people who work in shadow side of business. From young age he learned that respect does not come from being nice, it comes from power.
He was smart in school but never focused too much. He leave college after first year because he felt education was not giving him real knowledge about how world works. His father was involved in transport business but many people say it was not only transport
One night something happened that changed him. A deal between some local political figures and businessmen went wrong Police came and shooting started. His father and cousin died that night. Official report said crossfire but Froggy always believed someone from inside gave information.
After that he stopped trusting easily. He became quiet and started thinking long term He realized real power is not on streets it is inside institutions.
Few years later he moved to Lahore for some time and then decided to leave Pakistan and start fresh in Los Santos.

When Froggy arrived in Los Santos he joined the police department Many people think he joined to serve justice but truth is more complicated He joined to understand system from inside.
He worked hard and stayed clean in records. No complaints, no scandals always following procedure in front of others. He build connections slowly and carefully. He never show anger and always act professional.
Over time he learned how reports work, how investigations move and where small loopholes exist. He understand that sometimes influence is stronger than force.
