Hello, As you can see on time stamps 0:17 leos landed heli on that unaccessible roof. The ladders of the roof in which they landed heli the ladders was outside the circle. So, when they landed heli there they start shooting. And at the time stamps 1:54 there is another guy who was using unaccessible roof and shooting.

So, I want you to watch the pov carefully. I will be waiting for your kind decision.
