Rejected GR 6.4 + MG | 234070

Dear Administrators,

As you can see in the POV at time stamp 0:20 this guy with ID 234070 tells me to leave the capital for no reason, I was standing in a public place so he has no right to tell me to leave the area. When I denied he detained on the false charges of Failure to Comply but he has no right to tell me to leave a public area, also he has lawyer license so he cant do corruption which is GR 6.4
Secondly, at time stamp 3:01 when I gave him my lawyer name he checked in PDA and then he told me that the lawyer is not in city which is MG as PDA is OOC and when it is used in IC with commands it is only used to see the guys information, checking if player is online or offline by PDA is MG in a RP situation.

No Rulebreak found as Either GR 6.4 or MG
(Regarding the explanation of GR 6.4 is IC Issue & Regarding MG they can check the person availablity through PDA)
