This time, I received an unreasonable POV request and was subsequently banned for 30 days as a result.
The issue in question was a “situation where it was unclear whether I had fired a shot,” and my ID did not appear in the kill log. However, based solely on the speculation that “a bullet came flying through the wall,” I was asked to submit a POV.
Even in the POV provided by the opposing side, my ID could not be confirmed, and the content did not conclusively prove I fired. Despite this, it was determined I had an obligation to submit, ultimately leading to punishment.
Furthermore, I have long felt that the response from administrator River Odds has been strict or one-sided, specifically towards me.
Previously, I created a forum thread regarding a similar matter, requesting a review of the judgment. However, immediately after posting, the forum thread itself was banned, preventing me from obtaining confirmation or an opportunity for reconsideration.
I believe the judgment and punishment in this case are inappropriate.
I respectfully request that you re-examine the facts and make a fair and impartial judgment.
今回、私は理不尽だと感じるPOVリクエストを受け、その結果30日のBAN処分を受けました。
問題となった件は、「私が発砲したかどうか明確ではない状況」であり、キルログにも私のIDは表示されていませんでした。しかし、「壁から銃弾が飛んできた」という憶測のみを根拠に、私に対してPOVの提出が求められました。
相手側が提示したPOVにおいても、私のIDは確認できず、私が発砲したと断定できる内容ではありませんでした。それにもかかわらず、提出義務があると判断され、最終的に処罰へと至りました。
また、以前から管理者であるRiver Oddsの対応について、私に対してのみ厳しい、または一方的であるように感じています。
前回も同様の件についてフォーラムを作成し、判断の見直しを求めましたが、その投稿直後にフォーラム自体がBANされ、確認や再審の機会を得ることができませんでした。
私は今回の判断および処罰は適切ではないと考えております。
改めて事実関係をご確認いただき、公平かつ公正なご判断をお願い申し上げます。
