I was previously banned from the Grand server, and I wanted to reach out to you honestly about this situation. At that time, my schoolwork was very intense and stressful, and I couldn’t spend much time in the game. Since I was already thinking about quitting, I made a wrong decision and intentionally did something that led to me getting banned. I understand that this was a bad choice, and I truly regret it now.
Back then, my main priority was my studies, so I didn’t really think about the long-term consequences of my actions. However, time has passed, my studies are now mostly finished, and I would like to return to the game and start again in a clean and fair way.
That’s why I’m writing to ask if there is any possibility for my ban to be reconsidered. If I’m given another chance, I am ready to do whatever is necessary to regain your trust. I’m fully willing to go through a PC check and any other controls. If needed, I can even completely reset my computer and start fresh so there is no doubt.
My intention is not to gain any unfair advantage, but simply to play the game fairly and follow all the rules. I accept responsibility for my past mistake and can assure you that it will not happen again.
