I would like to report an issue that happened to me today.
I am a new player and joined the server only 2 days ago. While I was going somewhere in-game, another player killed me without any reason. After I died, I asked him why he killed me and requested help because I did not understand what happened.
Shortly after, an admin jailed me for 3 hours. When I asked for the reason, the admin said that I was talking while dead and that it is against the rules.
As a new player, I was not aware that speaking while dead is not allowed. I did not intend to break any rules. I politely asked the admin if he could reduce the jail time since I am new and did not know about this rule, but he refused.
I respect the server rules and the admin team, but I feel that a 3-hour jail for a new player who made an honest mistake is too harsh. I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed and for some understanding regarding new players who are still learning the rules.
