1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   because I believe I can help improve the server environment and ensure fair gameplay for everyone. I have spent enough time in RP-life to understand server rules, player behavior, and common problems. Now I want to contribute from the administrative side and help maintain balance and discipline.
   I also want to support new players and make sure situations are handled professionally and without bias.
2. What are your strengths?
   I stay calm in stressful situations and I always try to listen to both sides before making a decision. I communicate clearly and I focus on being fair rather than emotional. I am also very active and consistent which I believe is important for an admin role
3. What are your weaknesses?
   I sometimes overthink decisions because I want to make sure everything is completely fair. However I see this more as a way of being careful rather than careless and I continue to improve myself
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   I can bring strong rule knowledge, neutrality, fast response to reports, and good conflict resolution skills to the admin team. I understand that being an admin is not about power, but about responsibility, discipline, and professionalism

   Yes, I am ready to sell my business if required because I understand that it is restricted to own a business while being an admin. I currently do not have any real-life issues that would prevent me from being active or consistent on the server.

   I am fully committed to helping the server grow and improve and I am ready to take this responsibility seriously
