Dear Pablo
I have been applying for leadership for last 3 month and getting rejected every single time, i never use any AI tools to modify my application. And i have the experience of deputy in LSPD, NG and EMS. Also i was Assistant Director of FIB for 5 terms. So i don't think i lack the knowledge and my punishment history is clean. Now i just want to know the reason of every rejection of my applications because it will help me to understand the situation and also whether should i continue applying for leadership or not.
I just need a chance to prove myself as a leader, also i respect your decision.
