I am writing to appeal the 120-minute Demorgan punishment for Powergaming (PG) issued by Admin Sle Azy following my report against players for RDM and Mercy Killing (MK). I was in the vicinity when an ATM robbery occurred. Since I was the closest person to the location, I responded immediately to check the situation. Upon arrival, I was shot without any prior RP or demands (RDM) and was immediately finished off (MK) while on the ground.In my POV, it is clearly visible that the players killed me without any roleplay interaction and then finished me off. However, no punishment was issued to them.The admin mentioned my POV is less than 1 minute. My recording is 59 seconds long, which covers the entire encounter from the moment I arrived until I was sent to the hospital. There was no "prior situation" because I had just reached the spot.I was punished for PG because I responded alone. While I understand that responding to a robbery requires backup, I was simply checking the area as I was nearby. Being shot instantly gave me no chance to retreat or call for units.I believe the punishment is one-sided. I am the victim of RDM and MK, yet I am the only one serving time in Demorgan. I request you to re-review the footage and the logs of the players involved. I am a dedicated player of this project and always try to follow the rules.

Vicinity or not, you're never suppose to respond to an ATM robbery alone. Far as everything else, It's assessed off actual, not speculation. I actually seen ID 445712 mercy kill (rule break), and I actually seen you arrive to an ATM robbery alone (rule break).

Sorry bro, I didn't know about this I just found out. But other LEOs used to attend, so it won't happen again. Whenever I catch 10-15 people, someone or the other always breaks a rule. Why does everyone hate LEOs? Because of one LEO, everyone's reputation gets ruined. But did the other person not get punished who did RDM 480240

With the atm robbery they have an RP Reason to shoot you. Jail for Powergaming is appropriate punishment here.
