I found DeeJay at the reception of DOC whilst my co-worker was arresting a 10-15 for impersonating a law enforcement officer. I detained and was arresting DeeJay for doing the same thing. He requested a lawyer which I allowed him to do, when i took him out of cuffs he left the city instead of calling his lawyer.
